This is the mystery of Mr. Goisch

One morning,
While walking down from the 81st storey of a 81-storey building,
He saw a cockroach staring at him on the 63rd storey.

For a moment, Mr. Goisch thought he could not continue his way down the building.
The cockroach was way too...black.

He looked left and right, searching for a weapon.
He could not find any.

He glanced at his watch.
The time then,
Was 2.48pm.

Can he make it past the cockroach?
Can he make it down the building?

This is the mystery of Mr. Goisch.
